Background & Experience

I began my career in Human Resources Operations before transitioning to Learning & Development (L&D), where I played a pivotal role in managing the operations for L&D programs. My focus was on leading the execution of training programs and providing operational support to program managers to ensure their smooth delivery. Over time, I expanded my expertise to include overseeing the logistics of virtual meetings, trainings, and conferences. This involved managing everything from event coordination to content creation, mastering a range of tools to deliver high-quality and impactful virtual experiences.

As remote work and virtual collaboration became the norm, I saw the increasing need for virtual assistance, particularly in L&D operations, virtual event management, and administrative support. Recognizing the opportunity to leverage my expertise and my passion for organization and creativity, I decided to launch my own virtual assistant business.

What Inspired Me to Start Offering Virtual Assistant Services

The Shift to Virtual Work:
